Brand management in the field of packaging design and development of new subbrands and limited editions.

Strategic concept:

For more than 13 years khdesign has been responsible for the packaging design of the natural cosmetic brand alverde from dm-drogerie markt. When dm approached khdesign in 2000 the brand included only 20 products and was close to being taken out of the assortment. Over the years khdesign developed three innovative and unique packaging concepts and thereby helped to create a brand that is cutting edge. With the third relaunch in 2009/2010 alverde became the No. 1 in the market for certified natural cosmetics and still maintains its market leadership. The recent design involves a unique and original foto concept. The artisticly arranged ingredients are photographed with a special lighting technique. This ensures that the packaging design conveys modernity, naturalness, and originality.
