Herbst-Knusper for Lindt & Sprüngli

Task:

Development of a packaging design to position a saisonal sweet in the market.

Strategy/concept:

Seasonal products need a clear communication of the season’s spirit they are sold in. khdesign developed the design of product and packaging for Lindt’s fall confectionery. The choice of colors and the shape of the packaging immitates an autumnal maple leaf which perfectly conveys the spirit of this saison. The packaging also makes use of refinements like embossing and spot varnish which convey the premium and extravangant character of the product. With this packaging design khdesign was able to achieve a top position in the consumer tests by Munich-based and renowned Facit Research, scoring high marks in all relevant purchase criteria.
